How to Convert Scanned PDF to Editable Text
Text-based PDFs can be converted to editable documents. Pure scanned image PDFs are harder without OCR; browser tools work best when some text layer exists.
- Try PDF to Word or PDF to Text.
- Upload the PDF and convert.
- Open the result in Word, Google Docs or a text editor and clean up formatting.
