How to Reduce PDF Size
Large PDFs are often heavy because of embedded images. Reducing size helps with email attachments and upload limits.
Steps
- Open Compress PDF.
- Add your PDF file.
- Choose a compression quality level (start around medium).
- Download the smaller file and compare size and readability.
If text looks soft, run again with a higher quality setting. Text usually stays sharp because mainly images are re-compressed.
